This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and really make the desk their own, building on existing relationships while continuing to grow the market.

The focus of the role would be recruiting across a range of positions including Analysts, Assistants, and Operations Managers, partnering closely with clients on key hires and supporting candidates in securing opportunities where they can genuinely progress their careers within reinsurance.

It’s a desk where you can hit the ground running from day one, with plenty of opportunity to build momentum quickly while putting your own stamp on it and continuing to develop within an established business.

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running the full 360 recruitment process within reinsurance
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Headhunting and building talent pools
  • Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
  • Helping shape the continued growth of our reinsurance division
  • Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
  • Client & candidate in person meetings
  • Develop an annual business plan
  • Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment industry (ideally insurance or professional sector)
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships

Senior Bordereaux Analyst

You will play a key role in a business area that continues to expand, offering strong exposure across bordereaux operations, delegated underwriting and stakeholder management. As a Senior Bordereaux Analyst, you will take ownership of bordereaux processing activities across a diverse international portfolio while helping to drive data quality, operational efficiency and process improvements. With leadership responsibilities and the opportunity to influence how the function develops, this role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in ensuring high quality delegated data is delivered across the business while gaining exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and operational processes. As an Operations Delegated Data Analyst, you will sit within a growing data function focused on bordereaux operations, data quality and process improvement. This is a highly visible role offering the chance to develop your technical knowledge, contribute to operational enhancements and build expertise across delegated authority data management.
