Working in a highly visible role you will play a key part in shaping governance, improving oversight and supporting the continued growth of a diverse delegated portfolio. You'll join a collaborative business where your expertise will be valued from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Delegated Authority professional looking to lead a team, influence key stakeholders and drive meaningful improvements across delegated underwriting processes. Key responsibilities: • Leading the day to day management of the Delegated Authority framework across the business • Managing and developing a team of Delegated Authority Analysts while acting as the technical referral point for complex queries • Taking ownership of the onboarding and approval process for new delegated authority arrangements • Developing and maintaining delegated authority governance processes, controls and procedures • Managing the Coverholder audit programme including remediation activity and ongoing oversight • Monitoring delegated authority performance, identifying areas of risk and supporting renewal or remediation decisions • Producing high quality management information and reporting for senior governance committees • Working closely with underwriting, operations, finance, compliance and risk teams to ensure effective oversight across the delegated portfolio • Supporting process improvement initiatives, system enhancements and wider delegated authority projects • Building strong relationships with brokers, Coverholders, Lloyd's and other external stakeholders while providing technical guidance across the business Experience you'll need: • Strong Delegated Authority experience gained within the Lloyd's or London Market • Excellent understanding of delegated authority governance, Coverholder oversight and Lloyd's requirements • Experience managing delegated authority onboarding, audits and ongoing oversight activities • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels • Experience producing management information and driving process improvements • Knowledge of Lloyd's systems such as ATLAS, DCOM, DAM and related delegated authority platforms would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Delegated Authority professional looking to step into a leadership position where you will have genuine influence, clear visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape the future of the delegated authority function. You will play a key role in ensuring high quality delegated data is delivered across the business while gaining exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and operational processes. As an Operations Delegated Data Analyst, you will sit within a growing data function focused on bordereaux operations, data quality and process improvement. This is a highly visible role offering the chance to develop your technical knowledge, contribute to operational enhancements and build expertise across delegated authority data management.
