Claims Technician

Here at Arthur, we are delighted to be partnered with a globally renowned top-tier insurance broker, ranked among the top 10 largest worldwide who are looking to further expand and develop their London team by bringing on board a Claims Technician. 
 
You will be responsible for supporting the business in its daily claims management operations, which entail administering claims and ensuring a seamless and efficient end-to-end claims process in accordance with established procedures and service standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and professionally oversee all facets of claims administration.
• Collaborate with Claims Analysts to manage designated Clients' claims.
• Uphold business protocols and processes, providing support where needed.
• Handle loss notifications, including new submissions and updates.
• Manage loss bordereau and facilitate internal and external stakeholder interactions.

What You Need:

• Experience within an office environment.
• Experience within claims or an interest within claims.
• Interested in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of both London and international insurance/reinsurance dynamics
• Proficiency in essential computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
• Inquisitive and a willingness to learn.
• Hardworking, adaptable and a good communicator.
• Interpersonal skills, well-organised and takes initiative.
• A problem solver and team player who can manage multiple tasks.
