Opportunity to join a leading global (re)insurer within their London Reinsurance Pricing team. You’ll support underwriting across Property, Casualty and Specialty lines, providing analytical pricing support, case pricing and portfolio insights to improve trading and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support underwriters with case pricing and analytical pricing recommendations
  • Analyse internal & external data to enhance pricing models and tools
  • Contribute to portfolio reviews and provide actuarial challenge
  • Support MI, reporting and pricing performance insights
  • Collaborate with exposure, portfolio and IT teams on model improvements

  • Progress towards actuarial qualification
Profile
  • 2 years’ actuarial experience in pricing, reinsurance or insurance
  • Progressing through actuarial exams

The Role   Reporting into senior leadership, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s risk and compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions. Support governance committees and senior management through the preparation of risk and compliance reporting, governance documentation, and ongoing oversight activities. Act as the subject matter expert for data protection and privacy matters, providing guidance on data management risks, incident response, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Deliver risk, compliance, financial crime, and data protection training, while promoting a strong culture of governance, accountability, and regulatory compliance across the business. Oversee outsourced service providers and third-party relationships, ensuring appropriate controls, monitoring, and compliance standards are maintained.   Who we’re looking for Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business. Strong understanding of insurance compliance, financial crime, and data protection requirements. Minimum 6 years' risk and compliance experience within insurance Experience operating within multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments. Commercially minded, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICA, ACAMS, IRM, CII, or equivalent are desirable.
