I am looking for an experienced Senior Claims professional looking to progress their career into an Assistant Claims Manager role to take charge of complex Property Binder claims and play a key part in delivering a first-class claims service across a respected London Market portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:- Oversee complex Property Binder claims in line with market best practices.
- Lead and support a small team of Claims Adjusters, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with underwriters and senior leaders to deliver on key business objectives.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with all Lloyd’s and FCA standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
What you’ll bring: ✔ Proven experience handling Property Binder claims in the Lloyd’s and London Market.
✔ Strong technical and analytical skills, with hands-on experience using ECF.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
✔ ACII qualification (or working towards it) preferred.
✔ A positive, professional attitude and passion for service excellence.
