We are recruiting for an Exposure Manager to join a modern specialty insurer/reinsurer. The position requires working closely with external modelling partners, using exposure data and catastrophe models to ensure smooth collaboration. Maintaining data integrity and continuously improving workflows are key aspects of the role. There is also a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, particularly with underwriting and senior leadership teams. The role acts as a bridge between technical modelling and business decision-making, helping to enhance transparency and understanding of analytics outputs.
