You’ll be working a well established desk focused on Finance & Compliance contractors, working with existing clients and long-standing relationships. We’re open to candidates with varying levels of experience, and you’ll be fully supported with structured training, ongoing development, and guidance from a highly experienced team. This is a well-established permanent compliance desk with strong client and candidate relationships already in place, making it a great opportunity for someone to step in, take ownership, and truly make it their own. As one of the longest-standing desks within Arthur, it offers the chance to get stuck in from day one and build on an existing, trusted platform. The role covers a broad range of compliance hires, from Compliance Analysts through to Financial Crime roles, working closely with long-standing clients across the insurance market.
