Data Test Analyst – London Market Insurance   We are seeking an experienced Data Test Analyst to join a major data and reporting transformation programme within the London Market insurance sector. Working across two Lloyd’s syndicates, you will play a key role in validating reporting outputs generated from an Alteryx-based data platform, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with business requirements.   This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on testing professional with strong SQL and data validation expertise, combined with a solid understanding of London Market insurance processes.   Key Skills & Experience of the Data Test Analyst Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and automated test development. Proven experience testing data warehouses, ETL processes, data migration projects, or reporting platforms. Experience working with Alteryx or similar data transformation tools. Strong knowledge of Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate, reconcile, and explain data discrepancies. Experience validating complex data transformations, reporting outputs, and data quality controls within financial or insurance environments. MI Analyst   A well known Lloyds syndicate are looking for an MI Analyst to join their growing Management Information team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of reporting and analytics across the business, supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality management information and data insights.   Working closely with stakeholders across underwriting and business functions, you'll play a key role in developing management information, enhancing reporting capabilities, and delivering meaningful analysis that drives business performance.   Essential Skills & Experience of the MI Analyst:  Strong SQL skills with experience querying relational databases. Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools such as Tableau or Qlik). Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF. Confidence communicating with and supporting non-technical stakeholders. Minimum 3 years' experience in an MI, reporting, or data analysis role. Desirable skills of the MI Analyst:  Knowledge of Power Query Understanding of Data Governance principles Experience within the London Insurance Market Degree in Mathematics or another numerate discipline Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Start Date: ASAP, up to 4 week notice period Location: Central London, EC3V Contract Length: 12 months
