An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ceded Reinsurance professional to join a fast-paced and collaborative Ceded Re team on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering paternity leave, with an immediate start available.
 
This role will focus on supporting pre-bind ceded reinsurance activities, while also contributing to operational improvement initiatives and strategic projects across the business. Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Support pre-bind ceded reinsurance activities
  • Prepare and cleanse underwriting data
  • Coordinate broker communications
  • Manage collateral reporting and process improvements
  • Maintain metrics, dashboards, and programme schematics
  • Support audits, portfolio transfers, and regulatory reporting
  • Work closely with cross-functional team
 
We are seeking a candidate with 5 years’ experience in reinsurance or outwards reinsurance and strong knowledge of the London Market.
 
You will bring excellent analytical and data handling skills, a proactive and solution-focused mindset, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The Role As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring credit risk across a broad range of transactions and counterparties. Working closely with underwriting teams, you will provide detailed credit analysis and recommendations to support the evaluation of new business opportunities and ongoing portfolio management.
