Programme Director – Enterprise Change (Insurance) Location: London / Hybrid We are working with a  large, well‑established specialty insurance organisation  to appoint a  Programme Director  to lead a significant change agenda across its European business. This is a  delivery‑led, enterprise‑scale role , accountable for translating strategic objectives into  practical, compliant and sustainable outcomes  across business and technology. The role carries genuine seniority, operating close to executive leadership and with authority across complex programmes and stakeholders. The Role You will take  full ownership of a portfolio of strategic programmes , providing clear direction from shaping and planning through to execution and benefits realisation. The emphasis is on  strong delivery discipline , clear sequencing, dependency management and confidence under regulatory and commercial pressure. This role sits  above day‑to‑day project management , focusing on outcomes, governance and executive decision‑making. Key Responsibilities The role owns end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑level programmes, shaping and governing integrated plans aligned to operating models, investment cases and regulatory requirements. Working closely with senior sponsors and executive leadership, the Programme Director provides clear insight, constructive challenge and transparent reporting on progress, risks and trade‑offs. The role drives cross‑functional execution across all underwriting, claims, operations, technology, compliance etc and oversees delivery partners, and establishes strong governance, capability and delivery discipline. Your Background You are likely operating already as a  Programme Director or Transformation Director  within insurance or financial services, with a strong reputation for  execution and delivery control . Looking for day rate contractors for a 12 month project. This role focuses primarily on exposure data and systems, while also requiring experience with BAU regulatory deliverables to support the existing team in meeting ongoing demands. Responsibilities include leading exposure management operations for transformation data initiatives, enterprise exposure data, and bordereaux systems, as well as supporting the new Lloyd’s platform project. The role also involves reviewing exposure management data systems such as ExposureHub, documenting exposure data processes, and contributing to exposure management reporting.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ceded Reinsurance professional to join a fast-paced and collaborative Ceded Re team on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering paternity leave, with an immediate start available.   This role will focus on supporting pre-bind ceded reinsurance activities, while also contributing to operational improvement initiatives and strategic projects across the business. Key responsibilities include:   Support pre-bind ceded reinsurance activities Prepare and cleanse underwriting data Coordinate broker communications Manage collateral reporting and process improvements Maintain metrics, dashboards, and programme schematics Support audits, portfolio transfers, and regulatory reporting Work closely with cross-functional team   We are seeking a candidate with 5 years’ experience in reinsurance or outwards reinsurance and strong knowledge of the London Market.   You will bring excellent analytical and data handling skills, a proactive and solution-focused mindset, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
