This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected global insurer that is continuing to invest heavily in its Delegated Authority and Bordereaux function. You will join a collaborative and forward thinking environment where data quality, operational excellence and technology innovation sit at the centre of the business strategy.

As a Senior Bordereaux Analyst, you will take ownership across a broad range of bordereaux activities while working closely with underwriting, operations and senior stakeholders across the business. This role offers strong visibility, the chance to influence process improvements and the opportunity to play a key role in future delegated authority system development and transformation projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the processing and oversight of delegated underwriting bordereaux across multiple classes of business
  • Reviewing bordereaux data including premium, risk and claims information to ensure accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance
  • Leading data mapping and transformation activity in line with Lloyd’s and internal reporting standards
  • Supporting the onboarding and ongoing oversight of Coverholders and DCAs
  • Producing both standard and ad hoc MI and reporting for internal stakeholders and regulatory requirements
  • Working closely with underwriting teams, brokers, compliance and external service providers to resolve data queries and improve data quality
  • Supporting the enhancement of reporting frameworks, dashboards and operational processes
  • Acting as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for bordereaux management activities
  • Supporting delegated authority projects, system implementations and testing initiatives
  • Helping drive improvements across delegated authority governance, reporting and operational controls


Experience you’ll need:

  • Strong experience within Bordereaux management and delegated authority operations within the Lloyd’s market
  • Knowledge of Lloyd’s systems and delegated authority tools such as DDM, Atlas, DCOM or similar platforms
  • Experience handling bordereaux data mapping, validation and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across underwriting, operations and compliance teams
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and solutions focused approach

A London based insurance company is growing its internal audit function with the addition of an established internal auditor with insurance sector experience. You will be leading end-to-end audits across a range of insurance related risks and subject matter and as such, will need to be working already as an internal auditor.
