Key responsibilities include:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced insurance operations leader to take on a broad and highly influential Head of Operations role within a large Casualty broking division. Supporting multiple product teams this is a senior and highly visible position working closely with divisional leadership and senior team leads to enhance operational effectiveness and support the continued growth and development of the business. The role offers a broad and varied remit spanning operational leadership, strategic initiatives, financial planning and wider business projects, with responsibility for driving improvements and supporting key divisional priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide broad operational leadership and oversight across multiple Casualty product teams, ensuring alignment with divisional priorities and effective end-to-end service delivery. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive process improvement, operational efficiency and consistency, while supporting teams with complex operational and licensing requirements. Oversee key divisional activities spanning compliance, training, onboarding, budgeting, financial planning, compensation and annual review processes. Lead and contribute to strategic projects, wider group initiatives and key client partnerships, taking ownership of priorities alongside senior leadership. Provide leadership to direct reports while influencing operational colleagues across the wider division and acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. We are looking for an accomplished senior insurance operations leader with broad experience across broking or underwriting operations, strong commercial awareness and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
