This is a senior, high-impact BA role sitting at the heart of delivery—working directly with underwriting, technology, and leadership to drive real change. What you’ll be doing
Leading requirements across complex, enterprise-level initiatives
Bridging the gap between underwriting, IT, and data teams
Driving process, data and system improvements across policy administration and downstream integrations
Playing a key role in UAT, solution shaping, and stakeholder alignment
What we’re looking for
7 years BA experience within London Market / Lloyd’s insurance
Strong exposure to underwriting / policy admin transformation
Experience working closely with Dev, QA, and architecture teams
Ability to challenge stakeholders and shape requirements (not just document them)
Experience across Agile & Waterfall environments
Policy administration systems experience essential (Guidewire highly desirable)
Strong understanding of data flows / integrations

You will bring in-depth technical knowledge of Lloyd's regulatory returns to ensure accurate, timely and robust reporting and controls and will be an influential member of senior finance team. Take full accountability for the Syndicate’s financial control framework, overseeing the end-to-end production of financial statements, ensuring high standards of accuracy, governance and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards. Own the Syndicate’s financial and regulatory reporting agenda, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet Lloyd’s, Group and BMA requirements and maintaining a strong, effective control environment. This is a fully remote role, with candidates considered in the UK or US As a Senior Catastrophe Modelling Analyst, you will play an important role in understanding and optimising catastrophe risk across a diverse global portfolio, covering territories including the US, UK, Canada and Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across Exposure Management, Underwriting and Reinsurance, as well as brokers, reinsurers, capital providers and other external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years’ experience in catastrophe modelling and exposure management, strong hands-on experience with Verisk/AIR Touchstone, and good technical skills across SQL, R/Python and GIS.
