Business Analyst – Insurance A growing MGA are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong insurance product knowledge and change delivery expertise to support the implementation of insurer capacity changes across a portfolio of insurance products and systems. Experience and Knowledge Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of insurance products, policy administration systems and insurer capacity arrangements. Experience delivering change involving insurers, brokers and third-party software providers. Experience reviewing, updating and managing insurance and policy documentation. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience updating, validating and reconciling pricing models. Demonstrable experience in system testing, end-to-end testing and User Acceptance Testing. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear documentation, processes and test scenarios. Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop-facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities and challenging delivery deadlines. Claims Data Scientist Location: London (Hybrid) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Our client is seeking a Claims Data Scientist to join its London-based Claims function. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded data professional to play a key role in transforming claims data into actionable business insights. Working within a specialist claims team, you will be responsible for developing reporting solutions, analysing portfolio performance, identifying trends, and delivering management information that supports strategic decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will combine strong technical data skills with experience working in claims, insurance, or other data-intensive environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and enhance reporting and management information used to support key business decisions. Analyse claims data to identify trends, emerging issues, areas of underperformance, and opportunities for improvement. Design and maintain robust data models to ensure data consistency, integrity, and accessibility. Create and develop KPI dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI. Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable insights to support claims oversight and business performance. Ensure high levels of data quality, accuracy, and governance across reporting outputs. Support system enhancements, data projects, and process improvement initiatives. Apply statistical techniques and analytical tools to identify patterns and support predictive analytics activity. Assist with audits, due diligence exercises, and claims data reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders across Claims, Operations, and wider business functions to deliver meaningful insights and reporting solutions. Drive continuous improvement across reporting and analytical processes. Skills & Experience Required Experience in a Data Analyst, Claims Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role. Strong experience with: Power BI SQL Excel DAX VBA Experience using Python and/or R. Proven ability to create dashboards, reports, and management information for business stakeholders. Experience transforming and modelling data from multiple sources. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Insurance, claims, financial services, or regulated industry experience would be advantageous. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented  Risk Analytics Analyst  to join a high perforiming Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This role combines both  quantitative and qualitative risk analysis , supporting the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of their risk framework.  ORSA Development:  Draft ORSA sections as required, including forward-looking risk assessments, stress tests, reverse stress tests and supporting risk analysis. Model Validation:  Carry out validation activities allocated by the Risk Manager, ensuring accuracy, completeness and alignment with regulatory and internal standards. Stress & Scenario Testing:  Execute stress and scenario testing as directed, and document the outcomes of stress-testing and scenario-planning workshops for governance and reporting purposes. Risk Management Framework:  Support the Risk Manager in maintaining and improving allocated areas of the risk framework.
