This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead the organisation's external data enrichment capability, owning relationships with data providers and identifying new opportunities to unlock commercial value through third-party data. Working closely with Pricing, Underwriting, Data Science and senior business stakeholders, you'll become the go-to expert for external data partnerships, helping shape long-term strategy while influencing key commercial decisions. You'll likely have: Experience working within insurance pricing, underwriting or analytics, with a good understanding of personal lines pricing A strong academic background in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field An appreciation of statistical analysis and how external data can improve pricing and underwriting performance Experience managing relationships with external suppliers, partners or data providers Confidence leading commercial discussions, supplier negotiations and contract conversations Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business Excellent communication and presentation skills Previous leadership or people management experience would be advantageous Technical experience with tools such as SQL, Python or R is beneficial, but this is not a hands-on modelling role.
