This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced risk or actuarial professional to join a high-performing team that plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s risk culture and governance framework. Key responsibilities:  Develop and deliver the integrated assurance agenda by defining review scopes, completing assurance activities, and producing insightful, high-quality reports. Lead risk discussions and provide objective challenge to stakeholders, offering clear, actionable recommendations that improve decision making. Define and oversee the organisation’s risk appetite, tolerances, and key risk indicators , ensuring effective monitoring and reporting to governance committees and the Board. Contribute to the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) , ensuring it drives informed, risk-based strategic decisions. Monitor emerging risks and market developments , assessing their implications for the business and supporting proactive risk management across the organisation.
