The role

There’s never been a better time to join Arthur. We’re growing our Compliance team and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of the most established desks in the business.

This is a well-established permanent compliance desk with strong client and candidate relationships already in place, making it a great opportunity for someone to step in, take ownership, and truly make it their own. As one of the longest-standing desks within Arthur, it offers the chance to get stuck in from day one and build on an existing, trusted platform.

The role covers a broad range of compliance hires, from Compliance Analysts through to Financial Crime roles, working closely with long-standing clients across the insurance market. You’ll be fully supported by an experienced leadership team, with structured training, ongoing development, and the autonomy to further grow and shape the desk under a well-recognised and respected brand.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running a 180 recruitment process within compliance
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Headhunting and building talent pools
  • Achieving targets and consistently increasing gross profit
  • Helping shape the continued growth within specialism
  • Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
  • Client & candidate in person meetings
  • Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins
