Catastrophe modelling and exposure management

Our client is looking to hire a Cyber Risk Analyst to support their cyber reinsurance  team. This role will play a key part in helping (re)insurance clients, quantify, and manage cyber risk exposures.The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, an interest in cyber threats, and a solid understanding of risk modelling. Working closely with brokers, actuaries, and analytics specialists, the analyst will contribute to cyber catastrophe modelling, exposure analysis, and the development of risk transfer solutions for clients navigating an increasingly complex cyber landscape.

The Non-Nat Cat Manager supports the Head of Exposure Management in overseeing and analysing non-natural catastrophe risks across multiple clients. The role focuses on maintaining robust exposure data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning practices with Lloyd’s and PRA standards. Key responsibilities include producing management information, performing scenario analyses, and supporting the development, validation, and continuous enhancement of non-natural catastrophe models and methodologies. The role also plays a key part in business planning and capital setting, delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders. We are seeking exposure management professionals with experience in relevant classes of business and processes, as well as catastrophe modellers looking to transition into a more varied, commercial-focused role.

We have partnered with a leading London Market insurer that’s strengthening its  Exposure Management capability, with a particular focus on non-natural catastrophe risk . They’re hiring a Senior Non-Natural Catastrophe Analyst to take ownership of how complex man-made and geopolitical perils are assessed across the group. Sitting within a central exposure function, this role works closely with underwriting leadership, catastrophe modelling, capital management, and reinsurance to ensure risk is well understood, appropriately modelled, and aligned to appetite.
