Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst – Lloyd’s Market A fast-growing Lloyd’s insurer is seeking a Senior Catastrophe Risk Analyst with 3 years’ experience in the London market and a strong STEM background. Key Highlights Join a dynamic Exposure Management team supporting multiple global underwriting units. Oversee daily modelling submissions and ensure high-quality analytical output. Guide junior colleagues and resolve complex modelling queries. Lead portfolio roll-ups, deliver clear insights to underwriting teams and enhance monthly MI. Support in-house modelling for complex accounts and event-driven analysis. Improve processes through automation, scripting and workflow optimisation projects. Contribute to documentation, model reviews, business planning and model change assessments. Collaborate closely with underwriting, actuarial, claims, reinsurance and operations. Ideal Profile 3 years in catastrophe modelling or exposure management within the Lloyd’s/London market. Strong analytical skillset with natural sciences, mathematics or related STEM background. Experience using RMS (preferred), AIR will also be considered. Confident communicator able to partner effectively across the business. Proactive, organised and eager to advance team capabilities. Arthur is delighted to be collaborating with a speciality insurance and reinsurance company who, due to additional headcount and growth are seeking a Pricing Actuary to join their pricing function.  This position offers the opportunity to support pricing activity across multiple lines of business while collaborating closely with underwriting and other core functions. Responsibilities: • Deliver support for individual risks across various business lines, including both insurance and reinsurance products. • Develop and maintain pricing models to support underwriting decisions. • Profitability reviews and portfolio analysis to inform strategy. • Partner with underwriters in line with commercial needs. • Contribute to the development of pricing frameworks, including new methodologies and tools as required by the business. • Collaborate with teams across Actuarial Reserving, Risk, Claims and Finance Requirements: • Nearly/Newly Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent), with significant experience in case pricing • Strong background in actuarial pricing within the general insurance or reinsurance sector. • Lloyd’s or London Market is highly desirable. • Skilled in Excel; R or Python is advantageous. • Confident communicator with strong analytical skills  Right to Work:   Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. IT Assurance Lead (Operational Resilience)  Location:  London (Hybrid) Sector:  Insurance / London Market Salary:  Competitive Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced  IT Assurance / Technology Resilience Lead  to join a leading London Market organization. This role is critical in ensuring robust technology risk governance, operational resilience, and assurance across complex IT environments and supplier ecosystems. You will play a key role in reviewing the  sophistication and outcome effectiveness of operational resilience testing , providing the Board with clear evidence of recovery capabilities within  Important Business Services (IBS) and IToLS  under severe but plausible scenarios, including syndicate-controlled systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and embed a practical  IT control and assurance framework , ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Conduct  risk-based assurance reviews  to monitor technology controls, compliance, and resilience posture. Assess and report on  operational resilience testing outcomes , ensuring recovery objectives are met and evidenced. Advise stakeholders on technology risk, resilience, and assurance requirements, driving continuous improvement. Support supplier assurance processes to ensure third-party technology risks are identified and managed. Maintain and enhance controls libraries and assurance reporting mechanisms. Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to embed proactive risk and resilience practices. Essential Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of  IT risk, governance, and assurance frameworks  (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO). Proven experience in  IT audit and Operational resilience  within a regulated environment (financial services preferred). Understanding of  cybersecurity principles , technology controls, and resilience strategies. Ability to communicate  complex technical concepts  to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in  risk-based assurance planning  and execution. Desirable Professional certifications such as  CISA, CRISC, CISM, or similar . Familiarity with  London Market operations  and regulatory requirements. Experience with  GRC tools  and control attestation processes. Why Join?
