Cyber Claims Adjuster (Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Cyber Claims Adjuster to join a growing claims team and help deliver an exceptional claims experience to policyholders, brokers, insurers, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cyber claims from first notification through to settlement, while coordinating with internal teams and external incident response providers. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong technical understanding of cyber incidents, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working closely with claims, incident response, underwriting, finance, product, and technology teams, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and in line with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage cyber claims from notification through to resolution and settlement. Provide timely, effective support and guidance to policyholders and brokers throughout the claims process. Coordinate and collaborate with external incident response vendors, including legal, forensic, public relations, and other specialist providers. Ensure accurate reserving practices and identify opportunities for recovery where appropriate. Monitor claim developments, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. Maintain strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, insurers, and service providers. Work with specialist partners to deliver cost-effective, high-quality incident response services. Handle claims administration activities, including electronic file management, reporting, and payment processing. Produce management information and claims data to support decision-making and portfolio analysis. Provide claims insights and feedback to underwriting and product development teams, identifying trends and emerging risks. Escalate complex or sensitive claims matters to senior management as appropriate. Skills & Competencies Strong experience managing relationships with external stakeholders within insurance, consultancy, professional services, or customer-focused environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach. Ability to communicate confidently with clients, brokers, and service providers during cyber incidents and claims events. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Knowledge & Experience Minimum 3 years' experience handling insurance claims. Experience managing cyber claims is highly desirable. Strong understanding of insurance policy wordings and coverage interpretation. Experience dealing with cross-border or international claims and incidents. Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and operational considerations relating to cyber incidents across multiple jurisdictions. Experience working with incident response providers, particularly legal and forensic specialists. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Exposure to claims management systems is advantageous. Degree educated or equivalent professional experience. Claims Adjuster - Sports, Media & Entertainment Leading Global Specialty Insurer, London Responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Sports & Leisure, Film & Media, Contingency, Personal Accident and Liability claims across multiple jurisdictions. Worked closely with brokers, clients, underwriters, legal counsel and external experts to investigate, evaluate and resolve complex claims in line with regulatory requirements, policy coverage and delegated authority levels. Key responsibilities included: Managing claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring fair, timely and commercially sound outcomes for all stakeholders. Conducting detailed coverage analysis, liability assessments and reserve setting in accordance with internal claims handling and reserving standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, policyholders, underwriters and actuarial teams to support effective claims management and informed decision-making. Instructing and managing loss adjusters, solicitors and other external experts, monitoring performance and controlling costs throughout the claims lifecycle. Identifying and communicating claims trends to underwriting and actuarial teams, supporting portfolio management, business development and retention initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded data professional to play a key role in transforming claims data into actionable business insights. Working within a specialist claims team, you will be responsible for developing reporting solutions, analysing portfolio performance, identifying trends, and delivering management information that supports strategic decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will combine strong technical data skills with experience working in claims, insurance, or other data-intensive environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and enhance reporting and management information used to support key business decisions. Analyse claims data to identify trends, emerging issues, areas of underperformance, and opportunities for improvement. Design and maintain robust data models to ensure data consistency, integrity, and accessibility. Create and develop KPI dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI. Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable insights to support claims oversight and business performance. Ensure high levels of data quality, accuracy, and governance across reporting outputs. Support system enhancements, data projects, and process improvement initiatives.
