Key responsibilities
- Receiving reviewing and processing monthly premium risk claims and paid bordereaux
- Maintaining clear bordereaux schedules and ensuring timely ingestion into internal systems
- Validating data sets and reviewing mapping issues
- Investigating anomalies missing information or potential breaches within contracts
- Resolving data queries from third party partners and outsourced processing teams
- Supporting audit reviews from start to finish
- Working with underwriting to monitor binder performance and highlight emerging trends
- Collaborating with reinsurance teams to support the annual renewal process
- Producing regular MI for committees and senior stakeholders
- Escalating ongoing performance problems or repeated data issues
- Providing training to third party partners and colleagues when required
- Extensive experience working in bordereaux oversight and processing
- Strong knowledge of binding authority agreements and Lloyd’s reporting expectations
- Experience handling premium risk claims and paid bordereaux
- Advanced Excel with confidence using pivot tables and lookups
- A strong eye for detail combined with good communication skills
- Experience building strong relationships with brokers coverholders and internal teams
