Key responsibilities:
• Managing the mapping, validation and processing of bordereaux within the bordereaux management system • Acting as a key contact for underwriters and stakeholders on bordereaux related queries • Reviewing exception reports and resolving data quality issues • Overseeing new bordereaux mappings and conducting peer reviews to ensure accuracy • Managing and developing junior team members while supporting onboarding and training initiatives • Producing management information and reporting for committees and senior stakeholders • Maintaining accurate records and documentation across internal systems • Supporting bureau processing activities including contract and endorsement administration • Monitoring market updates and ensuring processes remain aligned with market requirements • Contributing to projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
Experience you'll need:
• Strong experience within bordereaux operations or delegated authority data management • Knowledge of bordereaux mapping, validation and processing activities • Experience using bordereaux management platforms such as VIPR • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior team members would be advantageous
