Experience Required Strong Project or Programme Management experience gained within Insurance, Reinsurance, Financial Services or another regulated industry. Experience delivering large-scale transformation, organisational change or operating model initiatives. Demonstrable experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Strong governance, planning, risk and dependency management capability. Excellent communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills. Experience operating within complex matrix environments. Desirable Experience Insurance, Reinsurance or Specialty Insurance markets. International or multi-jurisdiction programme delivery. Operating model transformation.
