We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control Analyst to join one of our market leading Insurance Broker clients This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career in the London or Specialty Insurance market who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Working closely with colleagues across Finance and Broking, you'll play an important role in supporting the collection of outstanding premiums, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working with financial data, then this will be an excellent role for you. 

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the collection of outstanding insurance premiums and proactively follow up on overdue balances.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and counterparties to facilitate timely collections.
  • Work collaboratively with Broking and Finance teams to investigate and resolve credit control queries.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of client and insurer accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Produce regular credit control reports and provide accurate management information.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the Credit Control function.
About You

You'll be organised, analytical, and confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders. You'll enjoy working as part of a team while taking ownership of your own workload.

  • Experience within the London Market or Specialty Insurance sector, within an Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA) or Credit Control environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with financial information.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel

I'm delighted to be partnering with my client, a leading global specialty insurer who is looking to appoint a Senior Marine Claims Adjuster to join its established International Claims team. This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of Marine Liability claims while playing a key role in strategic decision-making, mentoring colleagues, and driving best practice across the business. This is far more than a traditional adjusting role. You'll work on complex, high-profile losses, collaborate closely with underwriting and actuarial teams, represent the business externally, and contribute to the ongoing development of claims strategy and market relationships.
