Kane Pelgrom joined Team Arthur in February 2022. With 8 years’ experience within the recruitment sector, Kane now specialises in Financial Crime and Compliance within the Insurance Sector.
We’ve caught up with him to chat about Life at Arthur and his experience of joining the team.

So far, what I’ve learned from Arthur is how to truly understand my market so I can continue delivering quality service to my network. It is so apparent that Arthur is a business with established relationships in the industry that it seems easy for the firm to offers its consultants avenues to quickly become experts for whichever one of their specialisms.
