Arthur is supporting a growing Lloyd’s market managing agency that writes a diverse portfolio of specialty insurance and reinsurance business. This is an excellent opportunity for a reserving analyst looking to take the next step in their career to a Senior Reserving Analyst position. You will be working closely with the Head of Reserving and the wider actuarial team, and will play a key role in the quarterly reserving process and technical provisions work, while helping the business understand performance, emerging trends and reserve uncertainty. Responsibilities Support the quarterly reserving process across multiple lines of business. Analyse development trends and performance, highlighting areas of risk or opportunity. Assist in calculating and communicating reserve uncertainty and ranges. Contribute to technical provisions calculations, validations and regulatory reporting. Review gross and ceded data to ensure reserving inputs are robust and well controlled. Identify opportunities to improve reserving methodologies and valuation processes. Requirements: Progress towards actuarial qualification, with at least 3 years of reserving experience Lloys experience beneficial, but not essential The ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights for non-technical audiences. Strong Excel skills; experience with reserving software or coding tools would be advantageous. A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity and strong attention to detail. This role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to both technical reserving work and broader business insights within a dynamic Lloyd’s environment. Arthur is delighted to be collaborating with a speciality insurance and reinsurance company who, due to additional headcount and growth are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join thier pricing function.  This position offers the opportunity to support pricing activity across multiple lines of business while collaborating closely with underwriting and other core functions. Responsibilities: • Deliver support for individual risks across various business lines, including both insurance and reinsurance products. • Develop and maintain pricing models to support underwriting decisions. • Profitability reviews and portfolio analysis to inform strategy. • Partner with underwriters in line with commercial needs. • Contribute to the development of pricing frameworks, including new methodologies and tools as required by the business. • Collaborate with teams across Actuarial Reserving, Risk, Claims and Finance Requirements: • Nearly/Newly Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent), with significant experience in case pricing • Strong background in actuarial pricing within the general insurance or reinsurance sector. • Lloyd’s or London Market is highly desirable. • Skilled in Excel; R or Python is advantageous. • Confident communicator with strong analytical skills  Right to Work:   Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. This position will report into the Head of Pricing, sit with the underwriters, and work with the CUO too. This is the type of role that will sky rocket your experience and career!  This is a highly varied position working across individual risk pricing, underwriting strategy, portfolio analysis, and pricing framework design and design across the whole breadth of products.  Our client are seeking someone wither prior London Market pricing experience, making good process with the exams, and tangible stakeholder management experience.
