I am partnered with a leading global MGA who is hiring an Underwriting Performance Manager to join its Group Underwriting team. Working closely with senior underwriting leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping underwriting performance, governance and analytics across an international business. A highly visible role where you'll transform complex data into meaningful insight, develop performance reporting and dashboards, and help drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to improve underwriting performance. What you'll be doing: Delivering underwriting performance and governance reporting across multiple international regions. Producing data-driven insights and MI to support senior decision-making. Developing dashboards, KPIs and governance frameworks. Partnering with Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance and Risk teams. Supporting month and quarter-end close activities. Building strong relationships with brokers, reinsurers and internal stakeholders. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting. Supporting projects, audits and the continued evolution of the reinsurance operating model. We're looking for an experienced ceded reinsurance professional with a strong understanding of treaty, quota share and facultative reinsurance.
